TELEPHONE RESERVATIONS

The Call Centre is the centre for information and reservations. With a phonecall it is possible to receive information and updated news about the museum as well as booking the day and the time of the visit, guided tour service and audioguides.

The way of payment is personalized according to the customers' needs: the payment can be done by bank transfer or by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD).

The telephone service is operating:

1. from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am until 6.00 pm
   

2. Saturday from 9.00 am until 2.00 pm
   

3. Closed on holidays.
   

ONLINE BOOKING

The online reservation precedure is composed of several steps, giving the possibility to check the avilability for the chosen date. The user can also choose the time and the type of ticket (see “tickets”).

The online purchase allows the payment by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS); please remind to keep your credit card at hand during the oblie booking procedure and to enter the requested credit card details correctly.

Online reservations cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded as pointed out in the web pages foregoing the payment and in the e-mail of confirmation which will be sent after the payment..

Note: we inform our customers that the online purchase is restricted to a maximum of 10 tickets per booking. If more than 10 tickets are needed, please get in touch with our call centre.
